This training focuses on the application of positive psychology in order to improve the well-being of child welfare workers. The three modules provide: (1) an overview of certain problems found in child welfare work settings, including burnout and compassion fatigue; (2) a strategy for putting the research evidence from wellness approaches to use; and (3) recommendations to improve the well-being of others in the work place.
